A visit to this secluded castle which was once an ancient monastery
and its history dates back to 1150. The vineyard still uses traditional
methods, grapes fermenting in open wooden tubs or buried terracotta
amphoras. Our host escorts us on a tour of the ''family home'' with
its well kept land and huge wine cellars with large oak barrels.
We are then ready to taste the fruits of the family''s labours accompanied
by a selection of traditional appetizers from the region.
This tour requires minimum 4 people to run, maximum 8 (in a Mercedes
Vito air conditioned minibus)
